1. Acceptance of Terms

Cync pro (we, us, or our) operates a platform that connects users (Users) with verified professionals, artisans, and service providers (Professionals) in Nigeria. Cync pro DOES NOT provide services directly, employ Professionals, or act as an agent for either party.

By accessing or using the Cync pro app, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use (Terms). If you do not agree, you must not use the App. Cync pro reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

2. Definitions

• User: Anyone using Cync pro to request services.
• Professional: Verified tradespeople, artisans, or service providers offering services via Cync pro.
• Content: Listings, reviews, messages, or any data shared on the App.

3. Eligibility Requirement

• Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years old to use Cync pro.
• Professional Verification: Must complete identity verification before listing services.
• Accuracy of Information: All registration info must be truthful, current, and complete.

4. Platform Role & Limitations

Connection Service Only: Cync pro functions solely as a connector between Users and Professionals.

• We do not employ, endorse, or control Professionals.
• We do not handle payments.

User-Professional Relationship: All agreements are directly between Users and Professionals.

5. User Responsibilities

• Verify Professional credentials, reviews, and pricing.
• Make direct payments to Professionals.
• Resolve service disputes directly with Professionals (Cync pro may assist but isn't obligated).

6. Professional Obligations

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date listings.
• Provide clear service descriptions and valid credentials.
• Deliver services responsibly and comply with local laws.
• Agree on payment terms directly with Users.

7. User Conduct & Prohibited Actions

• No misrepresentation or fake reviews.
• No harassment or discriminatory behavior.
• No illegal activities or use of the platform for fraud.
• No damage to Cync pro’s reputation.

8. No Payment Processing by Cync pro

All transactions occur directly between Users and Professionals.

• Cync pro does not handle or guarantee payments.
• Cync pro is not liable for disputes or failed transactions.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• Not responsible for external links or downtime.

10. Intellectual Property

• All Platform content belongs to Cync pro.
• Users grant a license for content (reviews, messages) shared on the Platform.
• Do not copy or use Cync pro's content without permission.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cync pro and its team from claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your dealings with other Users or Professionals
• Your use of the Platform
• Your infringement of others' rights

12. Termination

By Cync pro: Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations or fraud.

By You: You may deactivate your account anytime via settings.

Survival: Indemnification, liability, and IP terms remain in effect post-termination.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Mediation Act, 2023.
